New Jersey Housewife Teresa Giudice Sizzles in Tanning Ads

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice may be facing a bankruptcy auction, but leave it up to this multitasking mom to add some new cashflow to the family coffers.

Not only is she currently promoting her book Skinny Italian, she’s now featured in a commercial for a local tanning salon, Sizzle Tans, which has branches in Totowa, East Hanover and Parsippany, N.J.

“She’s the face of our company,” says Sizzle Tans owner Rob Hornung. “We’re running that commercial on 10 networks.”

New mom, Tiffani Thiessen took a break from her five-week-old daughter Harper Renn to attend Comic-Con in San Diego this weekend.

During her mini-vacation, Thiessen talked with JustJared about how her life has changed since becoming a mother.

"You don't have poopy diapers and spit up before you have a child, so it's a lot of that right now," she says.

The White Collar star is taking a brief break from her hit USA network show to enjoy her daughter.

"I just had a little girl five weeks ago, so that's taking a lot of my time right now," she said. "I'm also promoting the show and going back next week to finish off the season in New York, so that’s doing a lot. I’m also starting a children’s furniture line called Petite Nest for the end of this year, so I’ve got a lot on my plate."

CBS Books Celebrity Moms for New Talk Show

CBS is turning to celebrity parents to fill the void in its afternoon schedule after As the World Turns ends in September. The new hour-long talk show featuring six co-hosts will debut in October.

The unnamed series will include The Early Show co-anchor Julie Chen, America's Got Talent judge Sharon Osbourne, actress Sara Gilbert, actress Holly Robinson Peete, Broadway star Marissa Jaret Winokur, and former The King of Queens star Leah Remini. The panel have children ranging in age from toddlers to young adults.

CBS is hyping the show as a modern mom's view of entertainment and news stories.

Cougar Town star Busy Philipps may play a bit of a wild child on the hit ABC sitcom, but in real life the actress has a more domesticated side with her daughter Birdie, , who turns 2 next month.

The actress is featured on the cover of the new issue of Mom magazine posing with her adorable little Birdie. In the accompanying article, this working mom opens up about her pregnancy, experiencing natural childbirth, and how motherhood has changed her.

On her pregnancy:
"I loved being pregnant—I really took to it. I was never sick and I gained 80 lbs, which I know is a lot. But I hiked and was active and did prenatal yoga and meditated every day - something that I haven’t done before or since."

On her birth experience:
“I wanted to have a natural childbirth since I was in high school—I remember watching a 20/20 about hypno-birthing and saying to my mom, 'That’s what I’m going to do with my daughter. I’m not going to have drugs.' I did ask for drugs, several times, but my husband and I had a deal: Anytime I asked for drugs, he said, 'OK, let’s just wait five minutes, and if you still want them in five minutes then we’ll get them for you.' So of course five minutes later I was on another whole journey, and I ended up not having any. And she was a huge kid! It took me three hours to push her out. They brought a mirror in for me so I could see. Toward the end—no joke—I had full-on hallucinations in between pushing. It was crazy! And as she came out, the doctor got her head and her shoulders out—there’s nothing like that pain in the whole world: It’s white hot. Then my doctor asked, 'Do you want to pull your daughter out?” So he took my hands and I pulled Birdie out and pulled her up to my chest.'"

On how motherhood has changed her:
“I had this idea that I was going to become a mother and then all of the career stuff was going to fall away and I wasn’t going to care about my job. But the truth is, I still care a lot and the two things are wholly separate. Being a mom doesn’t inform my work as much as I thought it would. It feels weird for me to even say that out loud. I always say to Birdie that I’m so lucky because I have two jobs that I love. The first job is being her mother and that’s the most important job. And my second job is also cool, because it’s what I’ve always wanted to do. I hope she gets to have at least one job that she loves.”

Ali Larter's Pregnancy Craving: Everything!!

Expectant Ali Larter has discovered on of the benefits of being pregnant - giving in to the pregnancy cravings.

"I eat everything!" Larter at Comic-Con in San Diego. "I bake myself strawberry shortcakes and then I wake up at three in the morning and I eat them.

"I love it because so much of the time, I have to be careful," Larter adds. "I work out. I play certain roles where it's important for me to look a certain way. But now it's just freedom. It's like, bring on the Sprinkles cupcakes, pizza, pasta. I'm loving it!"

Larter is expecting her first child with husband, writer-actor Hayes MacArthur.

So far, the actress is trying to stay true to her pre-pregnancy style -- including the ultra high heels.

"You gotta do it," she says. "I love my high heels. I'll kick ass in four inches, pregnant any day of the week."

Hmmm..... I wonder what she'll say about the shoes once she hits the third trimester and her feet start swelling.

Following the October bankruptcy filing of Giudice and husband Joe, the real housewife is about to get the fresh start and empty house of her dreams when the bankruptcy auction takes place on August 22.

The newly posted auction listing has all the details on the items for sale, including a grand piano, two flat-screen televisions, several ornate chairs and sofas, a large ceramic urn, decorative fireplace accessories, a foosball table, a faux marble chess set, a suit of armor, three chandeliers, a snow plow, and a jet boat.

Earlier this month, the couple landed in sale with their bankruptcy trustee for allegedly hiding assts from her book Skinny Italian and his ownership stake in a pizzeria. The couple deny the allegations.

The auction is scheduled to be held on August. 22 at 12 p.m. (EST) at their Towaco, New Jersey mansion.

Bethenny Frankel Trusts Her Insticts in Motherhood and Business

New mom Bethenny Frankel has had a lot to face in the past year - two hit reality shows on Bravo, a new husband, a best selling book, the launch of the Skinnygirl margarita, a new workout video, and the arrival of her daughter Bryn.

"We plan and God laughs," Frankel says. "I don't think I really knew exactly what I was going to end up doing, what was going to be my calling. I say that you always have to be on the road. You just have to be going forward. You don't have to know exactly where your destination is."

Her entrepreneurial spirit may come in handy as Frankel begins the tricking path to balancing a successful business with a healthy family with husband Jason Hoppy.

"Now's my time," she says. "This is my moment. I'm not like Julia Roberts, who can sit around with [her children] Phinnaeus and Hazel because she's so successful for so long. This is my time, and I'm not 25. This is it. On that note, it's difficult because I love my baby and my husband is so understanding, and I do push even him to the limit. However, I have great assistants. They are running the business. I planted all the seeds and now they've grown. So there are people around me doing a lot of the legwork. You get to a point where people around you make it a lot easier."

It seems that motherhood has given her a sense of clarity that seemed missing from her increasingly chaotic life and she's determined to make it all work out.

"Women need to know that if they can do it and they feel like they're successful at being a mom, then there's no way that they can't be successful at a business. Trust your instincts. Only you really know what to do with your baby and what's really going on, and the same thing goes with business. Just trust your gut and your instincts and don't have fear about it and you can do it."
