The Kardashian Explosion Continues - The Sisters Bring Brand to QVC

It keeps getting more difficult to keep up with those pesky Kardashians!

The sisters are expanding their brand yet again by launching a new line for QVC.  Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe have teamed up with QVC to design K-Dash by Kardashian, a new clothing and accessories line that with everything from belts and handbags to leggings and tunics.

The collection is value priced from $20 - $240 with a little something for everyone.  The collection will debut as part of Fashion’s Night Out on Friday, September 10th 9PM EST.

Neil Patrick Harris Is Doing His Homework When It Comes to Fatherhood

When it comes to his impending fatherhood, How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris is taking a literary approach.

"I'm trying to read as much as I can, and prep as much as I can," Harris said on the red carpet before Sunday's Emmy Awards. "But there's only so much you can do because each baby is super individual and totally their own person."

The actor recently announced that he is expecting twins with his partner David Burtka later this fall

"[I'm] very, very excited," the the Emmy winner added. "It's the big, crazy calm before the ridiculous storm."

Slash and Perla Ferrar Call It Quits

Slash and wife Perla Ferrar are separating after nearly nine years of marriage.

The former Guns N' Roses guitarist has filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court.  He cites 'irreconcilable differences' for the separation.   Slash is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their two children.

“I can confirm the divorce papers were filed and from Slash’s perspective the split is amicable," his rep says.

The couple have two sons, London, 8, and Cash, 4.

Elin Nordegren Talks About Her Rough Year and the Road Ahead

Her divorce from Tiger Woods was finalized yesterday, now newly single mom Elin Nordegren is breaking her silence to talk with People magazine about her rough year and the road ahead in her first and probably last interview on the difficult subjects. 

Some highlights:

On her split from Woods after discovering his repeated infidelities:
"I have been through the stages of disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the family I so badly wanted for my children."

On the road ahead for her and her children - Sam, 3, and Charlie, 19 months:
"I also feel stronger than I ever have. I have confidence in my beliefs, my decisions and myself."

On her plans in the near term: 
"My immediate plan is for the kids and me to continue to adjust to our new situation. I am going to keep taking classes, but my main focus is to try to give myself time to heal," she says.

Fantasia Talks Overdose and Getting Back to Herself

Fantasia Barrino broke her silence and appeared on this mornings episode of ABC's Good Morning America.  During the interview she talked about her recent suicide attempt and relationship with married Antwaun Cook. 

"I think I was just overloaded with everything, with carrying six years of so much," said Fantasia. "I always take a licking and keep on ticking...it just became heavy for me to the point that I just wanted to be away from the noise ... There's so much that people don't understand. They just see the glitz and the glamour, and they feel like life is so perfect, but we're human and we go through things."

Despite the fact that she was threatened with a lawsuit by her boyfriend's soon-to-be ex-wife on the day that she attempted suicide, she insists he didn't factor into her decision making that day.

Sheryl Crow Opens State of the Art Breast Cancer Center

Breast cancer survivor Sheryl Crow is stepping up to help fight breast cancer in the Los Angeles area.

Today is grand opening of the Sheryl Crow Imaging Center, which features state-of-the-art digital screening and diagnostic technologies for the detection of breast cancer.  The new facility is an expansion of the Pink Lotus Breast Center, the country's first complex dedicated exclusively to the prevention, screening, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.

Crow herself benefited from the early detection of her breast cancer during a routine mammogram in 2006.

"Joining forces with the Pink Lotus Breast Center has provided me with a wonderful platform to create awareness and encourage the millions of American women over 40 to get their annual mammogram," Crow says in a statement.

"Detecting breast cancer early is a woman's best chance at survival, and digital full-field mammography is the gold standard of early detection."

Crow has two adopted sons: Wyatt, 3, and Levi, nearly 4 months.

Bump Watch: Nick Cannon Keeps Quiet on Pregnancy Rumors

Nick Cannon isn't talking when it comes to the ongoing swirl of pregnancy rumors surrounding his wife Mariah Carey!

"I've said it before and I'll say it time and time again – when my wife feels like talking about whatever she wants to talk about, you will hear it directly from her," Cannon said to Perez Hilton today on his radio show for New York's 92.3 FM.

"That's something you want to keep near and dear and as close to you as you possibly can, until you're 100% sure, in any situation," he adds. "There's a certain time limit you're supposed to wait before you can actually officially say that you are and all that stuff. You don't want to mislead anybody."

Guess the ongoing bump watch currently following Mariah will continue for the time being.

Jessica Alba Bringing Back The Spy Kids Franchise?

It looks like there may be a new round of the Spy Kids movies headed our way.

Jessica Alba is reportedly in negotiations to star in the Robert Rodriguez film, Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World.  The new film will be a reboot of the series which originally stared junior spies, Alexa Vega and Daryl Sabara, as the offspring of super-spy parents, Antonio Banderas and Carla Gugino.

Given that the original Spy Kids are all grown up, the new film will focus on Alba as a retired spy and mother who has been reactivated to help save the world from the bad guys. The supermom will navigate her spy duties with raising a baby and two preteen stepchildren (aka the new Spy Kids).

The original franchise is well known for its collection of cameo appearances (Sylvestor Stallone as the Toymaker, George Clooney as Devlin) so we can expect to see the return of the original cast in supporting roles.

Grey's Anatomy's Alex Needs Closure, Will Izzy Return?

The season finale of Grey's Anatomy went off with a major bang last spring.  As the show heads into its seventh season this fall, series creator Shonda Rhimes is promising some big changes for our favorite group of surgical residents. One of the biggest hints is in regards to some 'closure' coming to Alex this season.  Does that mean that Katherine Heigl may stop by to give a proper sendoff to her character Izzy Stevens?

We'll find out on September 23 what the new season will bring with talk of weddings, babies, and the fallout to the season finale shootout which included Alex calling out for his former wife.

The whole Alex / Izzy coupling came to an awkward end unworthy of the couple that had navigated through a series of misguided loves, a battle with cancer, the ghost of her ex-boyfriend, and the competitiveness of the surgical world when Heigl asked to be let out of her Grey's contract a year early.  For the couple that fell in love on-screen, we were left to an off-screen dismantling of their marriage.  Yep, he signed the papers, they must be done.

It's time for a proper goodbye to Dr. Izzy Stevens in true Grey's style (who would forget the core group of docs breaking out with the giggles at George's funeral last year?)

Samantha Harris Is Expecting Baby #2!

Entertainment Tonight correspondent and former Dancing with the Stars co-host Samantha Harris expecting her second child with husband Michael Hess.

"Being able to hold and cuddle and have a little baby cuddle against you and fall asleep is such a fleeting moment in time, and I really can't wait for that again," Harris tells People magazine about the new addition to the family.

This will be the couple joining daughter Josselyn, 2 1/2.

"I'm most excited to have a second child to play with Josselyn, to see how Josselyn blossoms as a young girl being able to teach a sibling all that she knows," says Harris. "She's so excited. She tells me every day the different things she's gonna teach the new baby."

The baby is due early next year.
